Navajo County Clerk of the Court maintains all criminal court records. Superior Court cases filed in the county are kept by this office. Clerk services are available ONLY at the Holbrook location. Do NOT go to the Show Low courthouse for Clerk services. You can search for case information online through the Public Access Case Lookup portal. You can also contact the Clerk directly at the Holbrook office for record requests. Fax, mail, phone, or email all work during regular business hours to request copies of court documents you need for your legal matter or research.

Fax is 928-524-4261. Office hours are Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Clerk services are ONLY available at the Holbrook location. Do NOT go to the Show Low courthouse. They do not have Clerk services there. All record requests must go through Holbrook in Navajo County.

Navajo County has six Justice Court precincts. Holbrook Precinct is at 928-524-4720. Kayenta Precinct is at 928-697-3522. Other precincts serve Pinetop-Lakeside, Show Low, Snowflake, and Winslow areas. Each Justice Court handles misdemeanor criminal cases for their geographic area. Traffic violations are filed there too. Small claims disputes under ten thousand dollars go to Justice Court. DUI charges at the misdemeanor level are filed there. Speeding tickets go there.
