Yavapai County Criminal Court Records
Yavapai County Clerk of the Superior Court officially maintains all civil, domestic, criminal, juvenile, and probate records for the county court system. Criminal court records include all felony case files, orders, judgments, and sentencing documents. You can request copies by emailing YavapaiRecordsManagement@courts.az.gov, visiting one of four courthouse locations in person, or submitting written requests by mail during regular business hours.

The main Prescott Courthouse is at 120 South Cortez Street Room 207 in Prescott AZ 86303. Camp Verde office is at 2840 North Commonwealth Drive in Camp Verde AZ 86322. Email goes to YavapaiRecordsManagement@courts.az.gov. Hours are Monday through Friday from eight in the morning to five in the afternoon in Yavapai County. Both locations close for lunch from noon to one. Plan your visit around lunch hours if you need immediate service. Parking is available near both courthouse buildings with spaces for visitors close to the main entrance.
Additional locations include Prescott Justice Center and Juvenile Justice Center. All four locations provide access to court records but the Prescott Courthouse has the most complete historical archives. Contact the specific location before visiting to confirm they have the records you need in Yavapai County. The Justice Center focuses on criminal cases while the Juvenile Justice Center handles juvenile matters. For general criminal court records from adult cases, the Prescott Courthouse or Camp Verde office will have the most complete files available for public inspection.

Records Prior to 1992

Cases are filed at the precinct with jurisdiction over where the offense happened or where you live based on case type. Sheriff's office is at 255 East Gurley Street in Prescott. Call 928-771-3260. Sheriff's records have a five dollar search fee that covers the first ten pages. These are arrest records and incident reports, not court case files, in Yavapai County. Additional pages beyond ten cost extra.
